What is Patient Connect NL?
Patient Connect NL is a provincial list in Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) for individuals who have identified as being without a primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner). It is managed by the provincial government's health department. The goal is to plan and improve access to primary health care, connecting individuals to a family care team or provider as soon as one becomes available in their area.
